The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be the commercial lead on a major framework delivering civil works on the electrical network. You'll work closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate quoting, fair claims auditing, and timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead annual and quarterly quoting programmes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Audit subcontractor claims and foster open, collaborative relationships. Own and manage dispute resolution strategies. Raise and manage invoices and applications through to payment. Support operational teams with commercial insight and contract management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in civil or building maintenance (fencing, brickwork, roofing preferred). Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Confident with work management software and collaborative tools. Skilled in managing contract variations and claims. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Qualifications:

Full UK Driving Licence (required). Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field (required). Working towards or holding RICS/CIOB membership (desired).
