About the Role:
We have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team within our busy Tower Hamlets office. As our Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to our projects. Your focus is to minimise the costs of a project and enhance margin and value for money, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality. This will also include procurement, subcontract management inclusive of administration of the contract, monthly payments and final account settlement.

Role Criteria:Construction knowledge
Previous experience as a quantity surveyor.
Knowledge of NHF
Experience in SOR codes
Repairs and Maintenance Experience
Excellent IT, analytical and communication skills
Strong mathematical ability
Ability to assess and analyse information
Good business sense
Good understanding of budget management
Negotiating and networking skills
Enthusiasm
Flexibility
Able to work within a busy team and under pressure
Good team working skills
Accurate with an eye for detail
A methodical approach
Willing to work extra to meet deadlines as and when the business needs require it
