Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

We are seeking an experienced

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates, tenders, and cost plans. Manage project finances from tender through to final account. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Conduct site visits and assessments when required. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support commercial strategy.

Requirements:

Experience in quantity surveying/estimating within the construction industry (carpentry/joinery experience preferred). Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., estimating packages, Excel). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
