Quantity Surveyor

to join our team and support the successful delivery of our projects.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in residential construction and ideally some commercial experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, procurement, and financial control, ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for new projects Manage project finances, including valuations, variations, and final accounts Procure subcontractors and negotiate contracts Monitor and report on project costs and commercial performance Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure cost-effective solutions Ensure compliance with contract terms and industry regulations Provide cost advice and value engineering solutions where appropriate

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, particularly residential Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Excel Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (e.g., BSc, HND) Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts is a plus Commercial project experience is desirable

Pay: 29,900.90-52,116.47 per year
