Job Description

Quantity Surveyor | EBS Construction

About EBS Construction

We restore, enhance and maintain historic properties. Delivering all aspects of specialist restoration works, repairs and maintenance, we conserve exceptional architecture and built heritage. We revive the stonework facades and features, traditional roofs, and ornate details that give historic properties their character. Our works restore structural integrity and improve weather resistance too. We combine traditional trades and craftmanship with modern project management processes to deliver quality works every time.

We're all skilled tradespeople. Our team includes masons, bricklayers, roofers, slaters and carpenters along with plasterers, electricians and plumbers. Together we bring a combined 500+ years of experience and expertise to every job.

Founded in Glasgow in the 90s, we've built an excellent reputation from restoring and maintaining properties across our home city and the rest of Scotland. In 2025 we joined forces with M Squared, a progressive, ambitious business delivering all aspects of commercial landscaping and external works.

Now we're taking our expertise across the UK and looking for construction professionals to help us further grow our business.
