Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role




You will join the Commercial Team of our Healthcare Contract (North) as a Quantity Surveyor managing the monthly account CVR reporting and day to day procurement, and additional support on contractor procurement across the wider Business Unit.


Responsibilities




Oversee commercial and financial management of assigned projects/region, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practice Ensure timely and accurate submission of contract commercial deliverables and reports Develop cost options, tender/quotation packages, and firm price submissions (including Risk Register, Tender Analysis, Tender Report) Advise on supply chain selection, ensuring compliance with procedures and contract strategy Evaluate supply chain tenders/quotations to ensure robustness and project alignment Liaise with construction teams and submit realistic project programmes Contribute to business growth and development by maximising commercial opportunities

Essential Qualifications/Skills




Ideally BSc Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent Strong procurement experience within QS position Worked with Sub contractor payments Construction or FM experience
