As demand grows, we are looking for a

Quantity Surveyor

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong pre-contract experience and a flexible, consultancy-style mindset, capable of integrating quickly into fast-paced client teams.

Role Overview:

This is a predominately office based role, with assignments tailored to suit specific client requirements. The focus will be on

pre-contract services

, but may also involve some post-contract support depending on the stage and nature of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide commercial support to Tier 1 contractor clients Prepare and review cost plans, estimates, tender documents, and procurement reports Support tender analysis and recommendation processes Advise on contract strategy and risk management from a commercial standpoint Assist with client-side negotiations and documentation reviews Ensure commercial best practice and compliance with project requirements

Candidate Profile:

5 years + post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying Proven experience in both pre- and post-contract work Background in consultancy or contractor-side roles providing commercial services Confident communicator with the ability to engage quickly with client teams Comfortable working autonomously on short-term or fixed-scope assignments Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Working towards or holding MRICS (desirable but not essential)

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
