Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor

to take ownership of a portfolio of contracts--ensuring services are delivered cost-effectively, compliantly, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities




Take full financial and commercial responsibility for your contracts portfolio Support delivery teams with monthly valuations, cost forecasting, applications, and variations Ensure contracts are administered in line with legal frameworks and timelines Monitor and report on project costs, sales, gross profit, and commercial risks Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business and contract retention Identify new revenue streams and contribute to strategic business growth Maintain accurate commercial data, records, and reports Manage and develop supply chain relationships and sub-contractor performance Prepare and manage all aspects of tenders and contract documentation Lead or support quantity surveying teams where applicable

What We're Looking For





We're looking for someone with a keen commercial mindset and strong industry knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.


Required Qualifications & Experience:




Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering Professional certification (e.g. MRICS) preferred Proven commercial leadership experience in construction or engineering Strong understanding of construction contracts and risk management Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Document Management Systems, and tools such as Asta Powerproject or Anaplan Familiarity with SME environments and broad business operations CSCS Card holder Valid UK Driving Licence
