With a strong reputation for collaboration, innovation, and reliability, they are seeking to expand their commercial team with an experienced site-based Quantity Surveyor based across Manchester andamp; Liverpool
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a fast-paced, site-focused environment. You'll be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of live projects, ensuring financial efficiency and successful delivery in line with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and progress claims
  • Conduct regular site visits and collaborate with delivery teams
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, and payment cycles
  • Track and report on project costs and financial performance
  • Provide contractual and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within subcontractor sector
  • Strong cost control, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
  • Proactive and detail-focused with excellent communication
