About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs across all phases of construction. From preparing accurate estimates to monitoring expenditures and advising on contractual matters, your expertise will help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and overheads. Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures. Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify quality and compliance. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues. Prepare tender documentation and support bid evaluations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Advise on contractual claims and support negotiation processes. Provide regular financial reports and insights to management.

What We're Looking For:

Proven knowledge of construction cost control principles and practices. Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Awareness of construction legislation and procurement regulations (desirable).
