Our client is a well established Specialist Groundworks and RC Frame Contractor with a 30 year track record. Their experienced team, which includes many long service employees, continually delivers proven results to our well established client base who frequently utilise their services.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, this role will involve the usual commercial management duties of reinforced concrete (RC) frame packages and associated groundworks.
The successful professional will report to the company\'s commercial director and will be responsible for a group or a single project within an hour commute from the head office in Watford, Individual package values will range from \xc2\xa31 million up to \xc2\xa310 million each.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in RC frame / Civils Quantity Surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying - or equivalent
Salary range of \xc2\xa360,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa380,000 per annum.
