Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for leisure and hospitality fit-outs and refurbishments
Managing project budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting from pre-construction through to final account
Procuring subcontractors and negotiating competitive rates while ensuring quality and compliance
Handling valuations, variations, and interim payments in line with contract terms
Carrying out site measurements and preparing monthly CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations)
Monitoring project costs against budget, identifying risks, and implementing cost-saving strategies
Liaising with clients, project managers, and site teams to maintain alignment on costs, progress, and scope
Managing change control processes and issuing instructions as required
Ensuring all commercial activities comply with company procedures and contractual obligations
Supporting final account settlements and providing accurate financial closure on projects
