Quantity Surveyor (Graduate to Intermediate)

28,000 - 42,000 + bonus & benefits

RED Systems is a leading name in architectural glazing solutions, partnering with main contractors across the UK. We're known for our technical expertise, problem-solving mindset, and strong project delivery.

We're now looking for a Quantity Surveyor - either a graduate with 1-2 years of experience or an Assistant QS ready to step up - to support the delivery of high-profile, technically challenging facade projects.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing tender documents, cost plans and subcontractor packages Monitoring variations, progress and commercial performance Working closely with the PM and Commercial team to ensure cost control Supporting procurement, valuations and final accounts Maintaining compliance with contract terms and project timelines

What you'll bring:

Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) 1-4 years' QS or AQS experience, ideally in subcontracting or construction Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A full UK driving licence (our site is not well served by public transport)

This role is based at our Neston head office (CH64) with an 8am-5pm working pattern. Reliable commute or relocation is essential.
