Quantity Surveyor/estimator (self Employed)
Job Description
MRO is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced QS/Estimator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.
You will work closely with our project managers, directors and supply chain to support accurate cost planning, tendering, procurement, and commercial oversight across our high-end residential and commercial projects.
What You'll Do:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders and BOQs.
Work on a wide range of luxury residential + commercial schemes.
Analyse drawings, specifications and subcontractor quotes.
Support procurement and cost reporting.
Help drive accuracy, efficiency and smooth project delivery
What We're Looking For:
Experience in UK construction (residential/commercial)
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to work at speed without sacrificing accuracy
Positive, collaborative, solutions-driven mindset
Proficiency with estimating software is a bonus
