Key Responsibilities
Conduct cutting-edge research and develop novel algorithms in

Translate academic and industry challenges into new research directions that shape the team's roadmap.
Assess and leverage the capabilities of current and emerging
quantum hardware platforms

Communicate findings clearly through
publications, presentations, and technical discussions
within the team and across partners.
Collaborate with leading academic institutions, industry organisations, and cross-disciplinary teams.
Represent the company in the wider community through
conference talks, workshops, and technical demonstrations

Proven track record of high-quality, peer-reviewed research or equivalent applied contributions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
