The Qufora Nurse Specialist (QNS) will deliver high-quality care and support to patients using Qufora rectal irrigation products, via online, telephone and face to face. This service is for patients referred by Healthcare Professionals through the Myqufora service. The role is aimed at new and existing patients, to help them have a successful journey using rectal irrigation. Ensuring high standard nursing care and support is maintained.

The QNS will also develop and grow strong clinical and business relationships with healthcare professionals, encouraging their interest, collaboration, and support. This role will report directly into the National Nurse manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Providing specialist rectal irrigation training and follow up to patients ensuring that the specific needs of individual patients are addressed. Training and follow up will be performed in the appropriate setting - virtual, clinic and patients' home when appropriate. Ensuring the referral and follow up pathways are followed and adhered to. Supporting service hours rota, which is flexible to cover the service. Requirement to work one late evening flexibly. Ensure that communication with patients and healthcare professionals complies with GDPR. To act as a role model of expert clinical practice, empowering others through effective role modelling, teaching and team working. Work in partnership with myqufora and the sales team. Establish effective working relationships with healthcare professionals to develop the service and gain appropriate referrals. To deliver personal targets. Role will be homebased (South East area), with regional and national travel, dependent on business requirements. Adherence to all Qufora Ltd's Policies, Processes and Procedures in relation to our Business Management System (Quality & Information Security (ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 27001).

Qualifications & Experience:



Degree in Adult Nursing (essential). Hold a current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration. 3+ years of qualified nursing practice (preferred). Experience within a commercial setting (desirable). Experience of looking after people with bowel problems (desirable). Proven record of accomplishment of delivering results, high initiative. Strong organisational skills. Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Effective oral and written communication with medical professionals, peers, and senior management. Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities. Ability to travel regionally, occasionally nationally.

Monday to Friday with one late evening
