Job Description

We are looking for Quotations and Sales Assistants to join our team. You will be working in a friendly, busy environment. You will be responsible for supporting the quotations and sales function to provide excellent customer service under the general supervision of the Office Manager. This is a critical role in our office and we will give full training in every aspect of the job. It is an ideal entry point into the world of our business.

We always promote from within and are always on the lookout for keen and enthusiastic colleagues. Full training will be given in the skills you will require for the costing of our technical products.

Quotations and Sales Assistant responsibilities

All aspects of Quotations and Sales Administration to include

Sales quoting of electronic products using our bespoke software Customer and Supplier contact both verbally and written General office duties supporting all other areas of the business as and when required

Quotations and Sales Administrator Requirements

Positive, and enthusiastic with a can-do approach Attention to detail Proficient Microsoft Office skills desirable. Computer literate Effective Multi-tasker Able to organise and prioritise Able to work effectively as part of a team or on your own Must be prepared to learn our procedures and follow guidance Reliable, conscientious and self-motivated Experience within the contract electronics manufacturing sector preferred, but trainee positions equally available
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
