We are seeking a experienced construction industry personnel to quote jobs

. For immediate start

. A diligent and detail-oriented Quote estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating and processing quotes for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all communications.

Individual will be required to drive own vehicle or provided vehicle to visit addresses across London and Surrey.

measurements of proposed extensions location, heights and widths . bathrooms for Tiling etc will be needed on such visits.

Photos to supplement such measurement are also required.

This information are used to provide quite and /or architectural plans for proposed construction ork.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Duties

Visit clients home to assess construction work requirements. aanalyse coming quote requests from clients to determine their needs and requirements. Enter data accurately into the system, maintaining up-to-date records of all quotes processed. Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to clarify details and provide additional information as needed. Upsell relevant products or services during client interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while interacting with clients, ensuring professionalism at all times. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the quoting system.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential; Previous experience in a construction or sales role is advantageous but not mandatory.
