We are a Valuation Panel Manager liaising with both Lenders and Valuers.
Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity available to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well as part of a team but is also self-motivated.
The start of our process begins with our quotes team. Attention to detail is crucial for success in this role. We operate in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an individual who is proactive rather than reactive.
The ability to retain knowledge and think critically is of utmost importance. You will liaise with lenders, brokers, and valuers; therefore, strong communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Speak with clients on the telephone, ensuring a confident and professional telephone manner.
Call Management:
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate teams.
Database Management:
Review and input necessary information relating to the valuation into the database.
Tracking:
Add new enquiries and updates into the database, in relation to the valuation.
Team Support:
Assist the team with daily tasks such as fee reporting and invoicing when required.
Process Improvement:
Provide ideas for processes that may improve efficiency and overall team performance.
Fee Reporting:
Report fees to lenders and provide feedback to the Head of Department and Assistant Head for monthly reports.
Interaction:
Liaise with auditors, lenders & brokers in a professional manner.
