A bit about us:
We have been leaders in supplying Kitchen and Appliance solutions to the New Build Construction Industry for over 30 years, and we strongly believe this is down to our people. We are looking for someone to handle the administration process from customer quotation whist supporting the team with handling administrative tasks particularly when updating product or pricing changes within existing quotations.
What you'll do:
Prepare accurate quotations in response to customer tender opportunities, ensuring all required details are included. Delivering quotes to the Sales team and highlight any missing or additional information that may delay the quoting process.
Process and implement any required changes to quotations promptly and accurately, maintaining consistency with customer requirements and internal process.
Upload relevant documents to the designated online portal, ensuring they are accessible, correctly filed, and up to date for team use.
Evaluate quotation appliance margins in coordination with the Sales and Procurement teams- communciating and making adjustments as needed to ensure compliance.
Maintain linked pricing, model code changes and appliance matrices, ensuring all information is current and correct to support accurate quoting.
Who you'll be:
Excellent attention to detail - high accuracy when proof reading documents, raising and amending quotations to ensure all information is correct.
Strong organisational skills to balance various requirements & ensure tasks are followed through from start to finish.
Strong communication skills in written & verbal form with colleagues to ensure key information is clearly communicated to them.
Excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Excel with the ability to quickly pick up & learn new systems or processes.
Able to work under pressure when a deadline is in place to ensure we can provide an excellent service to our customers.

Pay: 24,000.00-27,000.00 per year
