Blakeney Motorsport are an historic race preparer and are looking to recruit an experienced Race Mechanic.

Join our dynamic and passionate motor racing department, where team work drives our success both on and off the track. We are seeking a skilled mechanical technician to be an integral part of our business and ensure all vehicles are engineered to the highest standards, with cars ranging from pre-war GP cars through to modern 2013 GT3's.

Applicants must demonstrate the following;

Minimum five years' experience in an historic car workshop or motorsport team
Knowledge of mechanical systems and car set-up
Willingness to work weekends in the UK and abroad with race series such as Peter
Auto and Motor Racing Legends

Good client relations
Team player
Self-motivated
Problem solving skills
UK driving licence
Not essential, but desirable;

Fabrication and machining skills
CAD knowledge
Trailer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
