to join us. As part of our Logistics & Freight Operations team, you will play a vital role in the seamless execution of our global race operations. You will be supporting the transport and maintenance of team equipment via air, road, and sea, ensuring our race cars, tools, and critical components arrive safely and on time, wherever the race takes us.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with freight operations for air, road, and sea transport.
Support the maintenance and loading of Race Team equipment and spares.
Contribute to winter freight rebuilds, servicing and rebranding.
Service and repair race equipment and ensure consumables are picked and packed correctly.
Manage stock control, raise purchase orders, and track consumable usage.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and dangerous goods regulations.
Be available for race team duties following training.
Drive company vehicles safely and professionally when required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Previous experience in motorsport logistics or a related environment.
Basic mechanical skills for hands-on maintenance and repair tasks.
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
Organised, confident, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a team-first mindset.
Flexibility with working hours and the ability to travel as needed.
Understanding of Health & Safety standards in a logistics environment.
A counterbalance/combi forklift license is advantageous.
