We are currently seeking a supremely professional, confident Racquets Coach to join the Tennis Padel provision in our Sporting Club.


This is a Fixed Term Contract from July 2025 to August 2025 inclusive, comprising of 20 hrs per week.


The on target earning potential for this role is 15.84 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of 13.34, plus a qualified estimate of 2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
Delivering racquet lessons to adult and junior guests or members, offering an outstanding 1:2:1 personal service and tailoring the session to meet the individual needs of our guests
Delivering group sessions that are dynamic and fun, while being creative to ensure maximum enjoyment
Providing professional advice on retail and upselling to our guests where appropriate
Operational support, including court equipment maintenance
Taking and managing bookings, and welcoming our guests
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
The kind of person we're looking for:
You have outstanding experience working within the Tennis industry, at a minimum of Level 2 LTA or equivalent
Experienced in delivering exceptional lessons and clinics, with a minimum of 1 year experience
Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
You have a positive "can do" attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
