Responsibilities

Host live or pre-recorded radio shows with confidence and professionalism Present music, interviews, discussions, and station updates in an engaging manner Prepare show content, playlists, topics, and talking points ahead of each broadcast Interact with listeners through messages, calls, or social media engagement Collaborate with other presenters, producers, and station management Promote your shows and KA Radio on social platforms (optional/if applicable) Ensure dependable audio quality and maintain a reliable remote setup Follow KA Radio's guidelines and uphold the station's brand and tone

Skills

Strong communication skills and a clear, confident speaking voice Ability to engage audiences and bring energy to on-air content Creative mindset with a passion for music, entertainment, or talk radio Good time management and ability to plan your shows independently Basic understanding of audio equipment or willingness to learn Reliable internet connection, microphone, and access to a computer Team-focused attitude with the ability to work remotely
