About the Role:

We're looking for a confident and passionate

Radio Presenter/Reporter

who can speak

both English and Bangla (Sylheti dialect)

fluently. You'll be the voice on the ground -- presenting stories, interviewing people, and reporting from different locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves media, enjoys meeting people, and has a strong interest in broadcasting and journalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and report stories in both

English and Bangla (Sylheti)

. Conduct interviews and cover local and community events. Research, plan, and create engaging radio content. Coordinate and collaborate effectively with our

team based in Bangladesh

. Deliver clear, confident, and energetic on-air presentations. Contribute creative ideas for shows, news stories, and features.

Requirements:

Fluent in

English and Bangla (Sylheti)

-- spoken and written. Confident, friendly, and not shy in front of the microphone or camera. Able to travel locally for field reports when required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of radio or media production is a plus.

Experience in media, journalism, or broadcasting

is preferred -- but if you don't have formal experience,

passion and initiative

matter most! Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere is essential. Strong video editing skills to enhance visual storytelling. Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
