We're looking for a Customer Service & Social Media Presenter to be the friendly face behind our customer interactions AND the energetic personality fronting our live social media draws and videos.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and social media

Host live draws, prize reveals, and product spotlights across platforms like Facebook, Instagram & TikTok

Engage with viewers in real time during live streams

Handle winner communications and prize dispatches

Support with marketing content and community engagement

Represent the brand with energy and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Confident on camera with a natural, engaging personality

Previous experience in customer service (phone/email/socials)

Comfortable using and appearing on social media platforms and livestreams

Creative, organised, and a strong communicator

Reliable and happy to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Requirements

Must be based in or able to commute to Pershore, UK

Available to work some evenings and weekends, particularly for live draws and events

Excellent spoken and written English

Confident with social media tools and live broadcasting
