Salary: Dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, Shifts between 7:30am - 8pm - 37.5 Hours Per Week
Location: Rotation between sites of 33 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HY, 24 Portland Place, London W1B 1LU and 55 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6BH
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Radiology Department Assistant to join our Radiology Team with a competitive salary range on offer, depending on experience.
This is a full time, permanent role, operating Monday - Friday during the hours of 07:30am - 8pm, on a shift pattern. The role will require fully flexible staff.

What will your duties include?Greet patients in a welcoming friendly manner, book patient exams, confirm records of patient details are accurate and up to date, ensuring amendments are made on electronic systems where necessary in real time. Assist patients in preparation and during imaging procedures, helping them to change, preparing rooms, organising patient list Be responsible for entering pre-determined clinical data and such additional, professional observations as may be appropriate onto computer based systems such as the Radiology Information System (RIS) Be responsible for the correct care and use of equipment and resources, generally throughout the hospital, but with a particular emphasis on the specialist equipment used in Imaging Services. Display excellent communication skills, act in a professional manner with sensitivity and discretion both in person and on the telephone often communicating with emotional patients or relatives using judgement and experience

What we need from you?Qualified Assistant Practitioner - desirable NVQ level 3 or equivalent, or Diploma/Certificate in Healthcare Support Services Manage time and resources and prioritise workload according to clinical needs. Must be able to work in a stressful environment Must be able to demonstrate competency in IT
