We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to specialise in Rain Water Goods and Facades. The role involves installing, rainwater drainage systems and facade elements on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic and work efficiently within a team to ensure high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities

Install, rainwater goods such as gutters, downpipes, and drainage systems in accordance with project specifications. Install facades, including Soffits, capping cladding, panels, and other external architectural features, ensuring proper fitting and finishing. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation tasks. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Proven experience in installing or maintaining rainwater goods or facade systems is preferred, Carpenters are ideal candidates do to skills obtained from this trade Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding system components and troubleshooting issues effectively. Ability to perform lifting of long aluminium panels safely is required due to the nature of materials involved in installations. Experience working on construction sites or in a similar environment will be advantageous. Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to building facades and rainwater systems is desirable. Role Overview

Position: Site Installer (Exterior Works) Location: London-based projects (travel from South Wales)- Rate: 16.50/hour Minimum 46 hours per week Probation: 6-month probationary period Scope of Work- Framing out and installation of: - Soffits - Cill flashings - Header flashings - Closing off unfinished areas- Working at height is a regular part of the role
