Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to specialise in Rain Water Goods and Facades. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing rainwater drainage systems and facade elements on various construction projects. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain rainwater goods such as gutters, downpipes, and drainage systems in accordance with project specifications. Work on facades, including cladding, panels, and other external architectural features, ensuring proper fitting and finishing. Conduct inspections to identify faults or potential issues with rainwater systems and facades. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation or repair tasks. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in the preparation of surfaces prior to installation or repair work, including cleaning and surface treatment as required.

Experience

Proven experience in installing or maintaining rainwater goods or facade systems is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding system components and troubleshooting issues effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely is required due to the nature of materials involved in installations. Experience working on construction sites or in a similar environment will be advantageous. Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to building facades and drainage systems is desirable.
