Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rainscreen Cladding / Curtain Wall Installer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role involves installing all aspects of clad and glazed facades and ensuring that all installations meet quality and safety standards.

This is a temporary position for a specific project in Lichfield commencing 24/11/2025 for an initial period of 4 weeks, but for the right candidates further work may continue.

The role requires the candidate to be an integral and valuable member of a performance driven company and to be able to be flexible, work well under pressure as well as requiring precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Receiving and checking all deliveries made to site Checking all material for any defects and reporting any found Installation of products in accordance with construction issue drawings Carrying out all calibration and health and safety checks on equipment Following all company procedures as identified in the induction and Company Handbook Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Operate plant equipment when necessary for specific tasks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

Valid CSCS card Valid IPAF certificate / card CIS Registered Ideally SSSTS certified Ideally first aid qualified Proven experience in rainscreen cladding and curtain wall installation is necessary. Familiarity with construction practices. Strong skills in reading construction drawings. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Unquestionable personal integrity able to regularly achieve exacting standards of quality, individually and also through the direction of others if appropriate A proven track record demonstrating skills in getting things done right and on time Self-motivation, capable of managing all activities Ability to work under pressure, be flexible and adapt effectively and quickly to change Ability to adopt others' ideas and bring into fruition Ability to work equally well as part of a team or independently Excellent working knowledge of Schuco, Technal & Comar systems, Good communication skills A full, clean driving license A dynamic and positive attitude
You will need your own hand held tools and PPE (we will provide Hi-Viz vests).

Hours: Monday - Friday to suit site hours

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
