Part-time/ Full-time considered, 39 weeks a year. (Part-time would be Wednesday - Friday, Full-time for this role is 35 hours per week).
The role:
To support students' learning and development through targeted interventions, classroom assistance, and effective management of the school library. The role promotes inclusion, independence, and academic progress, particularly for students with SEND and literacy needs.

As a Raising Achievment Mentor at Weavers Academy, you will bring your passion for education and dedication to support students' growth. Our ideal candidate would have:
The ability to support students in developing their literacy and numeracy skills.
The ability to establish strong, positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and confidence.
Good organisational, communication and administrative skills.
Strong, effective behaviour management strategies.
