We are looking to appoint a Raising Standards Lead - Science to join our expanding Science department, who has the vision and passion to help develop our department and inspire the minds of our young people. We wish to appoint a leader who has the character, drive and skills to truly develop and then lead a world class department. The successful candidate will work closely with SLT and be responsible for creating resources, the planning and implementation of the curriculum and quality assurances. Ideally we are looking for an energetic, committed individual, who is excited about producing an outstanding generation of young people, who will not only transform their own life chances but make the world a better place.
Prince Albert High opened in 2021 with a year 7 cohort and is unique because it is one of the very few secondary schools where the incoming year 7 students and their families are well-known by our school. This is because the vast majority of our students come from multi-academy trust's primaries. As the school continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to shape the school community and your career at Prince Albert High as the school grows. As we expand to include a sixth form, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team, who can teach up to Key Stage 4 and 5.

Ensure that all students achieve the least at chronological age or level or, if well below level, make significant and continuing progress towards achieving at chronological age level.
