We're excited to launch a new role within our Finance Department. Reporting to the Billing Manager, the Rates Coordinator will play a critical role in implementing, maintaining and assisting with revolutionising the way we maintain important rates data system within our finance system. The successful candidate would have experience in either a transactional finance, data management or administrative role, with measured experience in data integrity and data management.
The role
Apply, review and maintain billing rates within our finance system.
Ensure accuracy of rate data and validation of data with key stakeholders within the firm.
Facilitate the full lifecycle of rate setup, uplifts and changeovers.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to rate application and data errors.
Collaborate with pricing team and Client Relationship Leads on yearly pricing review projects.
Produce reports, management information and other data for appointed frameworks.
Support fee earners and other business support teams on rates related queries.
Assist with client and matter instructions.
What we are looking for from you
Strong administrative or operational experience, ideally in a process-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage and own processes from start to finish.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and finance systems.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Collaborative and proactive team player.
