What your day will look like:



Maintaining Council's customer and property and financial rating system, ensuring a high level of accuracy. Responding to in-person, telephone, and email customer enquires Maintaining Council's customer and property and financial rating system, ensuring a high level of accuracy. Responding to in-person, telephone and email customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Collaborating with team members to ensure tasks are fully actioned. Performing data entry to maintain rate and property records across Council systems.

About You






Our ideal candidate has experience in completing data processing with a high degree of accuracy, and using a wide range of software applications, corporate systems and Microsoft Office Suite. They work cooperatively in team environments to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. They demonstrate high-level written and verbal communication skills and deliver excellent customer service, with experience in delivering quality customer service in high-stress situations.
