Your Role:

As an R&D Cloud Operations Engineer, you will join a global team (Europe, India, USA) responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of Dassault Systisi 3DEXPERIENCE Platform cloud services. You will contribute to designing, automating, and operating cutting-edge infrastructure and deployment systems in a highly dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and implement tools and solutions for managing large-scale, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure and services. Participate in the design and deployment of fully automated cloud orchestration systems. Operate and make live changes to cloud environments, ensuring 24/7 service availability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and production issues across global systems. Support sovereign and dedicated customer deployments. Contribute to the architectural evolution and development processes of cloud services.

Your Qualifications:

Solid foundation in infrastructure: networking, system architecture, operating systems, web protocols (HTTPS, DNS, proxies), and databases. Strong experience with Linux and scripting (Shell, Python). Working knowledge of AWS and cloud automation tools (Chef, Puppet). Familiarity with monitoring and alerting technologies. DevOps mindset with a passion for automation, incident response, and continuous improvement. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
