What you'll do

As a

Cloud Operations Engineer

, you'll:

Support

Global Solution Experts

in defining operating standards for the SAP Sovereign Cloud solutions. Collaborate across global and regional teams to break silos, enhance communication, and align on best practices. Contribute to

process improvement & standardization

by helping refine Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Knowledge Base content. Drive

scalability and harmonization

by ensuring consistent deployment practices across regions. Utilize

IT Service Management (ITSM)/ITIL

processes such as service request, incident, problem, change management, and release management operations.

What you bring

2+ years of experience in a

DevOps

role and a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field. A strong

analytical

mindset,

team-player

spirit, and a proactive,

results-driven

approach. Comfortable working in a

globally distributed, multi-cultural

team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. A solid understanding of

enterprise software applications

and

IT/Cloud operations

. Attention to detail, creativity, innovation, and a quality-first mindset. A high degree of service focus, customer orientation,and

operational excellence

. Excellent

communication skills

in English (written and verbal).
