We have a great opportunity to join our caring and supportive team at Coastal Lodge as a
Reablement Assistant
.
Located in Bournemouth,
Coastal Lodge
is a 36 bedded unit, which provides short term rehabilitation and reablement care and support on their journey back home.
What you'll do
Providing care and support to our clients to encourage and promote independence.
Using goal plans and observational skills to assist in the reablement of clients.
Supporting clients to undertake practical everyday tasks to help them regain independence.
Providing verbal and written feedback on a client's progress as required.
What you need
Knowledge of Care and Safeguarding legislation.
Experience of working in a care environment providing personal care is desirable.
Good communication skills and be a strong team player.
The ability to follow care plans and complete accurate records.
NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care or willing to work towards.
2 x vacancies - 35 hours per week

Competitive Hourly Rate:
