Part Time - 18.5 hours per week, Fixed Term to July 2026


Based at East Bristol Intermediate Care Centre.




An opportunity has arisen to work within the Reablement Bridging Service, working as an Administration Assistant. You will be expected to provide an efficient/ effective high quality administrative support to the Reablement Bridging Service.


Key tasks

will include:



To provide administrative support to the Reablement Bridging Service, which will include;
To input, amend and maintain data on spreadsheets, databases and other systems as required. To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gain, pass and process information. Complete and submit referrals to internal Social Work teams based on information provided. Complete and circulate reports based on service utilisation.



Essential Criteria



Relevant level 2 qualification (e.g. NVQ level 2, relevant GCSEs, etc.) OR able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and understanding gained through experience. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise own time and workload. Ability to understand and to follow instructions and guidelines, and to solve problems in own work area.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
