What is Reablement?
Reablement is a short-term support service designed to help individuals regain the skills and confidence they need to live independently at home. Whether recovering from illness, injury, or a hospital stay, our team helps people get back on their feet and take control of their daily lives.
About the Role
As a Reablement Care and Support Worker, you will: Provide hands-on care and support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes
Encourage and empower people to carry out daily tasks independently
Support individuals based on assessed needs and goals
regular feedback with managers to help shape care plans

Training and Support
If you have experience, that is great, we would love to hear from you, if not, don't worry, we'll give you all the help and support you need to gain the knowledge and skills to carry out this role.
Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support and development opportunities. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team that values your contribution and helps you grow in your role.

Given the nature of the role you must have the ability to travel across own and neighbouring teams to work in the homes of adults with care and support needs, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
There will be a requirement for you to work some evenings and weekends on a rota basis as part of a 7-day service covering the hours between 7am and 10pm.
