Blooming good care are looking for reablement care workers to work in partnership with Rehability Therapies to provide bespoke reablement services.

Reablement care is a short term or intermediate care provision that offers support to individuals after an illness or after a hospital stay.

We are looking for community reablement carers who are kind and compassionate and enjoy spending time with the elderly people we care for.

We cover the ST7 postcode and calls are scheduled to ensure mileage is kept to a minimum, we aim to ensure that you visit the same clients as much as possible to support you in building a professional relationship with the clients.

You would need to have access to a car, moped or motorbike for efficient community traveling.

Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support service users with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Assist with mobility
- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for service users
- Engage service users in meaningful activities to promote well-being

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
