We have a range of part-time roles available across both the North and East Reablement Teams, Offering a variety of hours and shift patterns.

We're looking for caring, motivated individuals to join our
North, East and South Reablement
Teams
. As a Reablement Support Assistant you'll play a vital role in helping people regain independence after illness, injury, or a period of reduced mobility. You'll work with individuals in their own homes or community settings, supporting them to rebuild confidence and skills in everyday tasks
.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You might be helping someone prepare a meal, supporting with personal care, encouraging mobility, or administering medication. You'll follow personalised plans and work closely with other professionals to ensure people receive the right support at the right time. You'll also promote wellbeing by focusing on nutrition, home safety, and energy efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking compassionate, self-reliant individuals who can work both independently and as part of a team. You'll need: A Level 2 Apprenticeship in Care or equivalent, or a willingness to train
A valid driving licence, access to a motorised vehicle, and business insurance
Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C/Grade 4 or above)
Confidence interpreting health and care documentation
Awareness of safeguarding and the ability to respond to emergencies
A respectful, person-centred approach that promotes independence
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
