We are looking for an amazing, empathetic and caring person to join our growing Reablement team, and we want you.

As a Reablement Support Assistant you will work with our clients in their own homes, providing comfort and stability to them. Your role will include:

- Working with clients on a short term basis to achieve their reablement based goals

- Assisting with personal care.

- Assisting with the administering of medication.

- Following client care plans to ensure the best possible care is provided.

- Providing support and companionship to your clients.

- Manual handling using specialist equipment.

- Assisting with food preparation.

Not worked in care before? You don't know what you're missing, luckily we'll have you covered. All of our new starters receive a full five day classroom based induction, followed by a comprehensive shadowing period in community, we want you to succeed and most importantly, we want you to love your role.

This role is on a two weekly rota, please see below for shift pattern:



Week 1:



Tuesday - 07:00-14:00, break, 17:00-22:00



Saturday - 07:00-14:00, break, 17:00-22:00



Sunday - 07:00-14:00, break, 17:00-22:00



Week 2:



Tuesday - 07:00-14:00



Thursday - 07:00-14:00, break, 17:00-22:00



Friday - 07:00-14:00, break, 17:00-22:00
