Description and requirements

Skanska, one of the world's leading project development and construction groups, is an

inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society.

Skanska Building Services stands at the forefront of facilities management, trusted by clients across the UK to deliver operational excellence, every time. Among our flagship partnerships is a major Ministry of Defence contract at a high-profile site near Watford -- a complex and dynamic environment where we provide an integrated range of hard, soft, and technical FM services.

We're now looking for a detail-driven problem-solver who excels at keeping complex hard services operations running seamlessly. As our Reactive Works Co-ordinator, you'll be the central link ensuring every reactive maintenance task is tracked, analysed, and delivered with precision.

At the heart of our A&E Operations, you'll transform data into insight, support performance reporting, and help drive compliance and service excellence across this critical, high-performing contract.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and manage all reactive maintenance through CAFM systems and databases. Monitor and triage KPI-driven maintenance tasks to support operational delivery and reporting. Maintain meticulous electronic and paper filing systems for audit-ready compliance. Prepare and analyse performance data for monthly dashboards and trend reporting. Support contractual reporting and audit processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Collaborate with teams to keep asset databases and onsite records up to date. Identify and report on KPI risks, failures, and improvements. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the A&E operations team.

What You'll Bring

Strong numerical and analytical skills -- you love working with data, logic, and stats. Advanced proficiency in Excel and O365, Experience with CAFM systems (e.g. Concept Evolution). Excellent communication skills -- you can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach with great time management. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Able to work onsite fulltime as no WFH is available with this post Able to gain MoD security clearance

This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.
