What you'll be doing



Use planning software to build clear, logical programmes with defined activities, durations, dependencies, and key milestones. Monitor performance data from stakeholders and update schedules to reflect real-time progress. Produce monthly reports with intelligent analysis to support project controls and decision-making. Align programme content with business systems and planning procedures. Set up KPIs to identify schedule gains or slippage and take proactive action. Use project data to identify deviations and recommend improvements.


Who we're looking for



Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Confidence in managing data and processes. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, MS Project, Confirm). Solid understanding of construction project scheduling and optimisation. Knowledge of project phases and planning requirements.
