Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the branch team to exceed targets, deliver outstanding service, and maintain compliance.
Drive residential property valuations, listings, and negotiations, ensuring exceptional conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Branch Manager within estate agency (Harrogate and North Yorkshire experience desirable).
Demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and closing valuations.

Well versed in property market activity, compliance, and local trends.
