Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to maximize property visibility. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, property values, legal requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance. Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction documentation with precision and attention to detail. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active listening, and clear communication--ensuring their needs are prioritized throughout the process. Stay compliant with real estate law and fair housing regulations while fostering an inclusive environment for all clients. Coordinate property management activities when necessary, including tenant screening and lease administration. Organize schedules, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently to ensure smooth transaction workflows.

Requirements



Proven experience in real estate sales or administrative roles within the industry; prior property management or legal knowledge is a plus. Exceptional negotiation skills combined with strong marketing abilities to attract clients and close deals effectively. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations better. Outstanding communication skills--both written and verbal--to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. Deep understanding of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and ethical standards governing property transactions. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a proactive approach to client engagement. Organizational skills that enable multitasking across multiple listings, appointments, and administrative duties seamlessly. Familiarity with real estate software platforms and administrative tools for efficient transaction management.
