Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive advice and support Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and disclosures Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Organise appointments, manage schedules, and keep detailed records of client interactions

Experience

Previous administrative experience is preferred to manage documentation and client correspondence efficiently Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients, colleagues, and external partners Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse client bases effectively Organisational skills are vital for managing multiple listings, appointments, and deadlines simultaneously Prior experience in real estate or sales is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
