Salary:
30,000 - 45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Commission

Full time, flexible, hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

We are looking for our first Real Estate Agent for our new office in the UK, who will be responsible for selling Dubai real estate to clients based in the UK and Europe.
This role requires the post-holder to be based in the UK and to have an unrestricted right to work in the UK, as they will be responsible for acting as the company's Authorising Officer for sponsor licence purposes. A DBS check will also be required for this role
Job Role - Real Estate Agent
As this is a new UK office, the Real Estate Agent will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales in Dubai. The administrative and IT support will be provided by our Dubai team. The marketing team will provide full support to the UK office including social media campaigns and generating leads. Over time, we plan to expand the office into a small, ambitious team. Following are the job role activities:
Promote and sell Dubai real estate properties to UK clients.
Handle enquiries, qualify leads, and conduct consultations either in person or online.
Present Dubai developers, projects, properties, payment plans, and investment advantages clearly to UK buyers.
Coordinate with the Dubai head office for inventory, pricing, offers, and client requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle including follow-ups, documentation flow, reservation steps and update the CRM system accordingly.
Represent Sebastian & Wolf in events, exhibitions, and private investor meetings in the UK.
Build and maintain a strong client network, focusing on long-term investment relationships.
Update clients regularly with market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities.
Support the Dubai team during pre-launches, campaigns, and limited time offers targeting UK investors.
Ensure all communication, presentations, and client handling align with company standards.
Provide weekly reporting on leads, meetings, and sales progress to the Director of Sales.
Do you have?
Experience in real estate sales or property investment within UK.
Strong knowledge of properties investment concepts, Dubai real estate experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Confident in handling high value transactions and international clients.
Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with our Dubai office.
Professional, reliable, organised and client focused.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially French, Spanish or German.
