W&P Partners Legal Recruitment are working with a highly respected UK law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Disputes Partner to take a leading role within its well-established Property Litigation practice.
This rare opportunity has arisen due to a forthcoming retirement within the team, presenting an incoming Partner with a substantial existing workload, alongside the autonomy to further grow and shape the practice. Whilst a following would be advantageous, it is by no means essential as there is already plenty of high-quality work available.

Led by the firm's Head of Dispute Resolution, who also oversees the Real Estate Disputes function.
Operates with considerable independence, managing its own caseloads with strong collaboration across departments.
