Real Estate Energy - Senior Associate

Job description

We are delighted to partner with a prominent legal firm looking to expand its Real Estate Energy team in Edinburgh.

The firm is at the forefront of the real estate energy sector and acts for a variety of clients on a range of matters, including onshore and offshore technologies, offshore wind, wave and tidal, solar and nuclear power stations. The work will include advising at all stages of the life cycle of energy and infrastructure projects including development, acquisition and funding. You will be part of a national team which handles a range of transactions for developers, buyers and investors.

As a Real Estate Energy Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal guidance to national and international clients and be involved in cutting-edge projects that will have a significant impact in the Energy arena.

You will ideally have a solid background in Real Estate Energy work ideally with a minimum of 4 years PQE, however candidates with less PQE will also be considered. Those looking to become dual qualified, will be fully supported.
